• We provide free shipping worldwide without minimum purchase quantity.
  • We use either standard airmail or dedicated country shipping lines (this is at our own discretion based on availability, courier performance and cost consideration). 
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by local custom clearance in your country.
  • Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, an email with tracking details will be sent to you.
  • When ordering from you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country’s government.
  • We do not ship during weekends and during office or courier service shutdown/break. Once shipment is sent, you can no longer cancel or put on hold your order(s) anymore.
  • If delivery can only be made to a PO BOX in your country, please provide a PO BOX address for delivery. Failure to do so will result in failed return shipments, we cannot be held responsible and additional shipping fees will be charged before re-sending your order.
  • Please provide correct shipping information when placing an order, we will ask you to double-check the details repeatedly. If the shipment fails to reach you due to wrong/insufficient shipping details, we cannot be held responsible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Airmail shipping time takes around 1-4 weeks for delivery. Dedicated country shipping lines will take 1-2 weeks. NOTE: Delay can occur due to local custom clearance time and also during major holidays or peak period at the end of the year.

Some countries (eg. african and south american countries) or islands will require much longer delivery time. Please contact us to check before placing order. 

Country Specific Requirements

  • For Brazil customers, it is a must to provide your personal tax number or tax ID when placing the order. Starting from January 1, 2020, the recipient tax number must be provided. In Brazil, the tax ID number is known as “CPF” (format: 000.000. 000-00) for natural persons and as “CNPJ” (format: 00.000. 000/0000-00) for legal persons.
  • For U.A.E. customers, PO BOX address is a must.
  • For Russian customers, please make sure to include receiver’s full name in accordance to the new Russian Customs policy. Failure to do so might result in delivery problems.
