All purchases are shipped directly from China to you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order processing email, followed by an order tracking email.

How do I track my shipment?
After your shipment is sent, you will receive an email with a direct shipment tracking link.

It takes some time before shipment info shows up on tracking website.
Why is there no tracking information in my country?
When the parcel arrives at your country, some local postal service do not track them or provide incomplete tracking info.
Shipment tracker says it has arrived in my country but why have I not received it yet?
There may be a delay at your local customs. If it’s taking longer than it should, please contact your national or country courier company to expedite the issue.
I bought something from your website in December but I haven't received it yet.
December is a hectic period for shipments, therefore your shipment may experience very long delay.
